This is an interesting vintage cutting machine tool, dated 1924. It is likely missing some parts, would probably not be functional now. It appears to have been used in an industiral setting.

The label says "INTERNATIONAL CUTAWL, pat. May 8, 1924, Type K5, Serial Number 1159, Made by International Register Co., Chicago, Ill.
