| Marjory Heath Wentworth is the Poet Laureate of South Carolina.
Her poems have appeared in numerous books and magazines, and she has twice
been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. She is the author of Nightjars
(Laurel Publishing,1995) and Noticing Eden (Hub City Press, 2003). What the Water Gives Me (Booksurge, 2002), a book of poems and monotypes, is a collaboration with artist Mary Edna Fraser. Marjory Wentworth lives in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, with her husband Peter and their three sons. |
