Help Desk Hours
Regular hours of operation are:

Monday - Thursday 8 am til 11 pm

Friday 8 - 5

Saturday and Sunday 1:00 - 6:00

What does the Help Desk do?

The professional and student staff at the Help Desk offer various levels of computer support for faculty, staff and students.
Where is the Help Desk?

The Help Desk is located in the bottom floor of the Library.
Does the Help Desk come out to student's rooms?

The only time the Help Desk will come out to a student's room is to check a port.
What should I do before I call the Help Desk with a problem?

Please be at your computer and have time to work on the problem when you call. It is much easier to troubleshoot a
problem when multiple things can be tried during the course of one phone call.
Make a note of any error messages and be prepared to give them to the Help Desk.

If I need to bring my machine into the office should I call first?

Yes. Different times of the year are very busy at the Help Desk; by calling first we can arrange the best time
for you to bring your machine in.
