City Government Days
Council Chambers - City Hall
The City of Greenville is celebrating its 175th Anniversary ( December 18, 1831).
We are very excited about this historic occasion and have designed these educational
sessions in an effort to engage students and citizens of every age to learn
more about local government.
These sessions are one and half hours long and will be age appropriate. For
our younger guests possible city service highlights include presentations from
the zoo, fire department, recycling, police department and other City services.
We are also pleased to be able to offer each participant a City of Greenville
souvenir for attending.
These sessions will also provide an opportunity to meet the Mayor and members
of City Council and key City staff members who work to meet a growing city's
needs and aspirations.
We hope that you will be able to join us for one of the sessions as listed
below. To reserve a session, please contact Cheryle Ratliff, City Clerk, as
soon as possible at 467-4431 or email at [ mailto:ratlifc@greatergreenville.com
