Composition. Imagine the thoughts
of La Bête while Belle is away visiting her father. What are his
fears? What are his hopes for the future? Use at least two examples of
si clauses; most of your verbs should be in the present conditional
to express the possible outcomes envisioned by the Beast. Be sure to remain
true to the content of the text. Prepare this part ahead of time, but you
will write it without notes during the test.
